We would like to inform you that Moxa is changing the MXsecurity license model.
We are moving from a subscription-based model to a perpetual licensing model.
Because of this shift, RENEW and ADD type licenses will no longer be relevant and will be discontinued.
This change will take effect from January 31, 2024.
Users who use MXsecurity v1.x.x
If you use RENEW and ADD licenses on MXsecurity v1.x.x, please ensure their validity before upgrading to MXsecurity v2.0.0.
Upon a successful upgrade, the system will switch your existing management nodes to a NEW-perpetual license.
Users who have not yet activated the license on MXsecurity v1.x.x
If you have purchased RENEW and ADD type licenses for MXsecurity v1.x.x but have not yet activated them,
please complete the activation process before January 31, 2024.
After this deadline, the Moxa license portal will not support the activation of these license types.
Last chance to purchase:
For those still needing to buy RENEW or ADD type licenses, the last purchase date is December 31, 2023.
Please note that the activation of these licenses must be completed by January 31, 2024.
